Please review your order carefully before submitting, as NOION may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, without limiting any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

We currently ship orders to the United States and the European Union.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
NOION is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
For orders within the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, including any rights relating to delivery, loss, damage, non-conformity, and applicable legal guarantees.
